Labour productivity and Central American economic integration: The case of El Salvador

چکیده

This paper seeks to identify the variables that determine labour productivity in El Salvador. The results show extreme openness of Salvadoran economy, combined with decline its investment rate since mid-1990s, have dampened growth —as also has happened other Central American countries. study finds a country’s is positively influenced by vitality quality employment and neighbouring article concludes advocating restoration protection subregion’s production sectors, promotion education, technology acquisition knowledge skills.
